- If the courier is unable to reach you due to incorrect address or unavailability, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time or alternative option.
We aim to ship all items in your order together. However, depending on availability or logistics, some items may be shipped separately. Each package will include an invoice and any free gift(s) as per applicable offers.

- After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
