Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Here’s how cancellations are handled:
Cancellation Before Dispatch
If your order (program, consultation booking, or product) has not yet been confirmed or shipped, you may request cancellation by:

- Contacting us (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Once confirmed, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once a product has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
If you still wish to refuse delivery, please decline the package upon arrival. After the product is returned to our facility, your refund will be initiated following inspection.
Cancellation by Cell Herbal Ayurveda Hospital
Cell Herbal reserves the right to cancel an order under circumstances such as:
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Violation of our terms and conditions
In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately, and you will be notified via email or phone.
Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy
Cell Herbal offers a 2-day return or replacement window for most products, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Return Conditions
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item
- Product packaging was tampered with or the seal was broken at delivery
- The delivered product is different from what you ordered
Ineligible Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, opened, or altered
- Original packaging (box, tags, seals, labels, or accessories) is missing
- The product was purchased under “No Return” or “Final Sale” conditions
- The item was a complimentary or promotional product
Steps to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email our support team at cellherbalnaturals@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Share images or videos clearly showing:
- Product issue (damage, wrong item, seal broken, etc.)
- Batch number, outer packaging, and invoice
- Once verified, a return pickup will be arranged within 4–7 business days.
- After receiving the item in acceptable condition, we will issue a replacement (if available) or initiate a refund.
Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds quickly and smoothly.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds are initiated within 2–5 business days after product inspection.
- Timelines depend on payment method:
- Online Payments (Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refunded to the same source (may take 2–3 additional days by the bank).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds via bank transfer. You must share your bank details (name, account number, IFSC) via email.
Refund Scenarios
Refunds will be provided in cases such as:
- Cancellation before dispatch
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability
- Returned product received in good condition and meeting our policy
- Replacement not available in stock
Partial Returns & Free Gift Policy
- Partial Returns: You may return one or more items from a multi-item order, provided each item meets our return conditions.
- Free Gifts: Any complimentary item included with your order must be returned with the main product. If not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes
- For hygiene and safety, certain nutrition or health products may not be returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Return pickup may not be available at all pin codes. In such cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and courier charges (with receipt) will be reimbursed.
- Repeated or abusive return requests may result in suspension of return/refund privileges or account action.
Replacement Process & Timelines
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
- Replacement orders are dispatched only after the returned product has been received and verified.
